- In 2012 the Harris County District Attorney's Office came to Texas Pictures for help assembling audio and video evidence for use in the sentencing phase of the prosecution of a drunk driver who drove through a police barricade and killed Houston Police Officer Kevin Will. The officer was working an accident scene caused by another drunk driver. Director Glen Muse worked with the security camera footage, dash camera footage, radio broadcasts and other material for the prosecution team, he developed an intimate understanding of this tragic story and recognized that this was an important story to share. Muse approached the Houston Police Department leadership with the idea of the documentary, offering to create the film at no charge for the department. Police Chief Charles McClelland welcomed the idea and production began. With the help of Don Egdorf (the Houston Police Officer who was the lead investigator for the Kevin Will case), Texas-Pictures shot interviews with witnesses, prosecutors, and department leadership to create, END OF WATCH: The Kevin Will Story. This 20-minute documentary tells of how a police officer was killed by a drunk driver and the impact of that loss to the department, family, and everyone involved in the case.
